We perform laser cutting using modern laser cutters equipped with two power sources – 4 kW and 12 kW. This allows us to flexibly adapt the technology to the material type and sheet thickness. This solution ensures high edge quality, dimensional accuracy, and process repeatability.

The laser cutting process at Calmtec Service is carried out using modern fiber optic laser cutters, which allows for precise adjustment of technological parameters to the type of material and its thickness.

We begin each order with an analysis of the technical documentation and the selection of the appropriate cutting technology. Parameters such as laser power, feed speed, focus position, and type of process gas are selected to achieve high-quality edges, minimize the heat-affected zone, and maintain high dimensional accuracy.

The use of two power sources enables process optimization – the 4 kW laser is used for thin and medium-thick sheets (15 mm), while the 12 kW laser (35 mm) allows for efficient and stable cutting of thicker materials, while maintaining high production efficiency.
