Calmtec Service’s plasma-gas cutting process is performed using a modern cutting machine capable of processing large-sized sheets measuring up to 3,000 x 12,000 mm. The combination of plasma and gas technologies allows for the optimal selection of cutting methods depending on material thickness and quality requirements.

Plasma cutting is used for components up to 20 mm thick, ensuring high edge quality, good dimensional accuracy, and high process efficiency. For thick structural components, gas torches are used, enabling stable cutting of structural steel up to 100 mm thick.

Each order is preceded by an analysis of the technical documentation and the selection of cutting technology and parameters, such as speed, current, torch type, and cutting sequence. This allows for the production of repeatable parts for further processing, including welding, rolling, and machining.
